10 YEARS OF THE BEST MOMENTS OF STOPGAME!

It’s hard to imagine, but more than 10 years have passed since I first sat down at Vegas and started editing the first cut of the Stopgame stream. Back then I didn’t really count on anything, it was just a “why not” experiment??"Who would have known that video editing would become my main hobby for the next few years..

A lot has changed since then: I graduated from college, served in the army and changed four jobs, my interests and hobbies changed. Stopgame itself changed, and not all the changes were to my liking. One way or another, I abandoned cutting, and then editing altogether.

At first there was an idea – to re-edit them, that is, in fact, to make a redux version, but it would be too small and uninteresting, so I came up with an ambitious idea – to make a large full-length anniversary video. And here it is in front of you. This includes fragments of both streams, cuts from which I have already made before, and those that I have not touched on before, so even old-timers will probably find something new for themselves.

So you’ll come back and make the cuts again?
No. I did this to pay tribute to the site, which at one time gave me a huge amount of positive emotions. I had fun working on the cut, so I will probably continue editing, but subsequent work is unlikely to be related to stopgame.

Why are there no moments from [insert stream name]?
Obviously, over all these years, materials have accumulated for an entire series, so this video, of course, cannot include absolutely everything. While working, I repeatedly caught myself thinking: “And this could also be included. And also this. "But then this installation would have lasted for another six months. At some point you need to find the strength to stop. So don’t be mad if your favorite stream isn’t here. Be understanding. Moreover, these are the “best moments”, but it is not said that they are “the only”;)
